Order Processing & Fulfillment:

All orders are processed promptly and packed with care. We ship from one of four fulfillment centers — located in Australia, Canada, the United States, or China — based on:

  • Stock availability

  • Your shipping address

  • Freight line performance

  • Weather and logistics conditions

This ensures we always select the fastest and most reliable route for your order.

 

Estimated Delivery Times:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center used.
On average, most customers receive their orders within 6–10 business days after dispatch.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been shipped so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.

 

Subscription Orders:

If you are a PrimalEdge subscriber, we make sure your products arrive consistently so you never miss a day.
Your subscription orders are automatically processed and shipped on the same day each month based on the date of your first order. 

Example: If your first order was placed on September 10th, 2025, your next order will ship on October 10th, 2025, then November 10th, 2025, and so on.
