Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. VitaBoost is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to errors in the shipping information provided by the customer. To ensure faster delivery times and efficient stock management, we ship from multiple locations based on your shipping address and the availability of stock in our warehouses. Depending on stock levels, your order will be shipped from one of our warehouses located in the United States, Australia, or China. Rest assured, we choose the most efficient warehouse to deliver your order in the shortest possible time.
